Case 4 Full Lower Fixed Removable Bridge

Originally the patient wanted a fixed bridge but because of the position of the bone and implants the screw access holes would have been through the labial. Also there wasn't a lot of vertical height so we were unable to design a hygienic fixed bridge that would withstand the patient's occlusal forces.
